What is your size chart?

We use standard US sizing for all our anime hoodies, streetwear tees, and sweatshirts. A full size chart is available on each product page to help you find your perfect fit.

How should I wash my anime clothing?

To keep your anime print hoodies and streetwear tees looking crisp, turn them inside out before washing. Use cold water on a gentle cycle and avoid bleach or harsh detergents. For the best results, air dry or tumble dry on low heat. This helps keep your prints vibrant and prevents cracking or fading.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery times: USA 7–15 business days, International 10–30 business days. Once your anime hoodie or tee ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

I ordered the wrong size. Can you change it for me?

Yes, If you reach out within 24 hours after placing your order. Once the package ships, we can’t make any changes.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns or exchanges only for defective or incorrect items. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for sizing issues once your order has shipped. For more details, please see our Return Policy.

Do you offer international shipping for anime apparel?

Yes, we ship worldwide! International delivery typically takes 10–30 business days, depending on your location. Please note that customs fees or import taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
